Text

Members shall serve without compensation except for their actual and necessary travel and other expenses incurred in the performance of their official duties. Employees of the board may receive their actual and necessary travel and other expenses incurred in the performance of their official duties. The board shall adopt reasonable rules governing the incurrence and payment of expenses.
