Text
As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires:
(1)Authority means the Colorado horse development authority created by
section 35-57.8-103 (2).
(2)Board means the board of directors of the Colorado horse development
authority created by section 35-57.8-104 (1).
(3)Commissioner means the commissioner of agriculture.
