Text
The board shall elect a chairperson from among its
members and a secretary-treasurer who may or may not be from among its
members. It shall adopt a general statement of policy for guidance. The board shall
meet regularly once each six months and at such other times as called by the
chairperson. The chairperson may call special meetings at any time and shall call a
special meeting when requested by four or more members of the board.
