Text
The governor shall
immediately declare the office of any member of the board vacant whenever the
governor finds that: The member no longer is actively engaged in the type of beef
or dairy production or business the member was engaged in at the time of the
member's appointment; the member has become a resident of another state; the
member is unable to perform the duties of the office.
