§ 35-57-106 — Qualifications of members
(1)Each member of the board shall
have the following qualifications which shall continue during the member's term of
office:
(a)Each shall be a citizen of the United States.
(b)Each shall be a bona fide resident of the state of Colorado.
(c)Each shall demonstrate through membership in a producers' organization,
or an organization representing this type of production or business, or public
service or otherwise, an active interest in the development of the beef industry of
Colorado.
(d)Each shall be actively engaged in the type of production or business
which the member will represent on the board for a period of at least five years and
shall derive a substantial proportion of such member's income from that type of
