§ 35-57-103 — Definitions
As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires:
(1)Authority means the Colorado beef council authority created by section
35-57-104 (1).
(2)Board or beef board or beef council means the board of the
Colorado beef council authority created by section 35-57-104 (1).
