§ 35-56-102 — Contents of register

Colorado·Title 35 Agriculture·Art. Auctioneers of Livestock
In a stock register shall be recorded the person's name who brings forward an animal for sale, regardless of whether the person is the owner of the animal, and, if the person is not the owner, the name of the owner, with the owner's residence; also, the color, brand or marks, size, and age, as near as may be, of the animal so offered for sale shall be recorded.
