Text
(1)It shall be unlawful
for any unauthorized person to reproduce, produce a facsimile of, or use a feedlot
certificate in any fashion. Any person who violates this subsection (1) may be
subject to appropriate civil or administrative proceedings or both.
(2)The state assumes no liability for persons who misrepresent any product
under the authority of this article.
