Text
(1)Each person seeking
certification of a feedlot shall make application to the board on forms prescribed
and furnished by the board. The board may reject any applicant who does not meet
the minimum requirements for certification as set forth in rules of the board.
(2)An annual certification fee in an amount determined by the board by rule
shall accompany the application.
