Text
If an inspector or peace officer
deems it necessary to sell any carcasses taken to prevent the loss of the carcasses
by spoiling, the inspector or peace officer may do so, retaining the sale price of the
carcasses in the inspector's or peace officer's possession to be disposed of as
provided in section 35-53-119.
