Text
(1)The commissioner may promulgate such rules as are necessary to establish a fund
into which the proceeds from the sale of supplies and services shall be deposited.
The proceeds from this fund are specifically and continuously appropriated for
personnel necessary to carry out the provisions of this article, the purchase of
supplies and such other laboratory expenses, and incidental expenses, including
travel directly incidental to the infectious or contagious disease control and
eradication program, as may be determined by the commissioner.
(2)The moneys in the veterinary vaccine and service fund shall not be
transferred or revert to the general fund or to any other fund.
