Text
All persons authorized to carry out emergency
measures directed under the provisions of this article shall have free access to all
public and private lands, premises, and buildings within the areas specified and are
authorized to enter thereon and to perform such work and take such measures as
directed without the consent of the owners thereof if the entry is reasonably
necessary to actually alleviate or prevent the disaster.
