§ 35-43-212 — Violations - penalties
(1)Except as otherwise provided in this
part 2, any person violating this part 2 commits a petty offense and shall be
punished as provided in section 18-1.3-503.
(2)Except as otherwise provided in this part 2, any person that violates this
part 2 within three years after a previous violation of this part 2 by that same person
commits a class 2 misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided in section 18-1.3-501.
(3)A person who unlawfully butchers an animal belonging to another person
commits a class 2 misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided in section 18-1.3-501.
