§ 35-43-206 — Records - hides - open to public view
The record provided for in
section 35-43-203 (1)(d) and also the hide shall be open to the inspection of all
persons for a period of thirty days, and it is unlawful for any slaughterer to refuse to
permit such inspection or examination.
