As used in this part 2, unless the context otherwise requires:
(1)Board means the state board of stock inspection commissioners,
created in section 35-41-101.
(2)Department means the Colorado department of agriculture, created in
section 24-1-123, C.R.S.
(3)Livestock means all cattle, calves, horses, mules, and donkeys.
