§ 35-43-123 — Thoroughbred rams must be herded
It is the duty of any owner
or agent of any owner of thoroughbred rams of any description to herd them or
keep them enclosed. Any owner or agent who refuses to comply with the provisions
of this section commits a civil infraction.
