Text
The provisions of this article shall not be
construed to limit or preempt additional regulation by any city, town, or city and
county. Nothing in this article shall interfere with the authority of the department of
public health and environment in the enforcement of part 7 of article 4 of title 25,
C.R.S., or the department of agriculture in the enforcement of article 80 of this title.
