§ 35-4-105 — Compensation
A county pest inspector shall receive such
compensation as may be fixed by the board of county commissioners hiring such
county pest inspector. The board of county commissioners shall provide for
reimbursement of the county pest inspector for actual expenses incurred in
carrying out the provisions of this article.
