Text
The persons who may be employed
under this article, aside from employees of the department of agriculture, shall be
county pest inspectors and their deputies, who shall be appointed by the board of
county commissioners of the county where they are to serve and receive their pay.
The board of county commissioners of any county when petitioned by not less than
fifty landowners of the county shall appoint a county pest inspector at its next
regular board meeting.
