Text
(1)Effective July 1, 1995, this article shall apply to dealer agreements at the time such
agreements are extended, revised, modified, or changed in any manner and shall
apply to all dealer agreements entered into or renewed on or after July 1, 1995.
(2)A provision in any contract or agreement with respect to a supplier that
requires jurisdiction or venue outside of this state or requires the application of the
laws of another state or country is void with respect to a claim otherwise
enforceable under this article.
