Text
(1)(a) A person shall not
act as a commodity handler in this state without having first obtained a license from
the department.
(b)A small-volume commodity handler need not obtain a license.
(2)Every person acting as a commodity handler in this state shall, each year
before the date specified by the commissioner by rule, obtain or renew a license
from the department.
