§ 35-27-117 — Disciplinary actions - denial of registration
(1)The
commissioner, pursuant to the provisions of article 4 of title 24, C.R.S., may issue
letters of admonition or deny, suspend, refuse to renew, or revoke any registration
authorized under this article if the registrant:
(a)Refuses or fails to comply with any provision of this article, any rule or
regulation adopted under this article, or any lawful order of the commissioner;
(b)Is convicted of a felony for an offense related to the conduct regulated
by this article;
(c)Has a registration or license of equivalent status denied, revoked, or
suspended by any registering or licensing authority of any state or foreign country;
(d)Refuses to provide the commissioner with reasonable, complete, and
accurate information regarding such person's business, if requested to do so by
