§ 35-25-105 — Rules
(1)The commissioner is authorized to adopt rules and
regulations pursuant to the provisions of article 4 of title 24, C.R.S., for the
administration of this article.
(2)The powers and duties of the commissioner under this article 25 may be
delegated by the commissioner to employees of the department of agriculture
designated by the commissioner.
