Text
The commissioner shall
develop reasonable rules concerning the voluntary inspection of apples stored
pursuant to this article and the controlled atmosphere storage of apples, including,
among other factors, the following: Storage facility regulations; record keeping and
reports; length of storage time, including the maximum time allowed to reach
prescribed atmospheric conditions of temperature, oxygen, and carbon dioxide;
quality regulations; and labeling and marketing.
