Text

The commissioner of agriculture, with the concurrence of the state agricultural commission, may adopt rules relative to the proper marking of containers, the issue of certificates of inspection, and the tagging of the vehicle of transportation and other rules the commissioner deems necessary for the improvement of the quality of marketing of all fruits, vegetables, or other agricultural products.
