Text
All existing contracts and
obligations of the state agricultural commission shall remain in full force and effect
and shall be performed by the state agricultural commission, and particularly that
certain contract entered into on April 30, 1919, by and between the state of
Colorado, by its commissioner of agriculture, and the United States, by the acting
secretary of agriculture of the United States, for the establishment and
maintenance of a cooperative crop and livestock reporting service.
