§ 35-2-103 — Cooperation with secretary of agriculture
To facilitate the work
of collecting agricultural and livestock statistics required by this article 2, the
commissioner of agriculture may enter into a cooperative agreement with the
secretary of agriculture of the United States, or the secretary's accredited
representatives, under which the facilities and information of the bureau of crop
estimates of the United States department of agriculture, or any successor
organization, relating to the state of Colorado are made available for the use of the
state agricultural commission, and the facilities and information of the state
agricultural commission are likewise made available for the use of the bureau of
crop estimates, or any successor organization.
