Text
(1)The commissioner may deny an application for, refuse to renew, revoke, or
suspend a license or certificate or place a licensee or certificate holder on
probation, if such person has:
(a)Violated any provision of this article or of any rule adopted by the
commissioner under this article;
(b)Been convicted of a felony under any state or federal law; except that, in
considering a conviction of a felony, the commissioner shall be governed by section
24-5-101, C.R.S.;
(c)Committed fraud or deception in the procurement or attempted
procurement of a license or certificate;
(d)Failed to comply with a lawful order of the commissioner concerning the
administration of this article;
(e)Been convicted of deceptive trade practices under any state or federal
law;
(f)Used a commerc
