Text
(1)All fees
collected pursuant to this article 10 shall be transmitted to the state treasurer, who
shall credit the money to the plant health, pest control, and environmental
protection cash fund created in section 35-1-106.3.
(2)All civil penalties collected pursuant to section 35-10-122 shall be
transmitted to the state treasurer, who shall credit the money to the general fund.
