§ 32-9-151 — Conduct and costs of elections
(1)Except as otherwise provided
in this article, any district election shall be held and conducted in accordance with
articles 1 to 13 of title 1, C.R.S.
(2)The district shall reimburse each affected county for all true and actual
costs of conducting a district election pursuant to sections 1-5-505 and 1-5-506,
C.R.S.
