Text
Any resolution or trust
indenture authorizing the issuance of securities or any other instrument relating
thereto may contain covenants and other provisions limiting the exercise of powers
conferred by this article upon the board in order to secure the payment of such
securities, in agreement with the holders and owners of such securities, as the
board may determine.
