Text
(1)All meetings of the board shall be held
within the district and shall be open to the public. No business of the board shall be
transacted except at a regular or special meeting at which a quorum consisting of
at least a majority of the total membership of the board is present.
(2)Repealed.
(3)Effective January 1, 1983, any action of the board shall require the
affirmative vote of at least eight members present and voting.
