§ 32-7-129 — Board's determination final
The determination of the board that
the limitations under sections 32-7-125 to 32-7-128 imposed upon the issuance of
refunding bonds have been met shall be conclusive in the absence of fraud or
unless it can be shown that the board acted in an arbitrary or capricious manner.
