§ 32-7-103 — Definitions

Colorado·Title 32 Special·Art. Regional Service Authorities

As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires:

(1)Board means the board of directors of a service authority.
(2)Concurrent, when used in regard to the provision of a service by a service authority, means that a service may be provided by a service authority in accordance with the provisions of this article, but the administration of such service shall not preclude counties, municipalities, or special districts from providing the same or similar service. This definition does not prohibit counties, municipalities, or special districts from contracting with each other or with a service authority for the provision of a local service, nor does it prohibit counties, municipalities, or special districts from relinquishing control of a local service by agreement with a
