Text
Any
municipality included within the district may discharge into the district's facilities
sewage and industrial wastes received by its system from areas not within the
corporate limits of the municipality, but in that case the sewage and industrial
wastes so received from outside the district boundaries and discharged into the
district's facilities shall be considered, for the purposes of this part 5, as being
sewage and industrial waste of that municipality.
