Text
(1)All territory which may be annexed to a municipality after its inclusion within the
boundaries of the district and the entire consolidated territory resulting from a
consolidation of a municipality included within the district with a municipality not so
included shall, without further action by the municipality or the board of directors
of the district, become a part of and included within the boundaries of the district;
but if it is infeasible for any part of the annexed or consolidated territory to be
served by the district's facilities, the municipality may, prior to or within ninety days
after such annexation or consolidation is completed, petition the board of directors
of the district for an exclusion of the territory which cannot feasibly be served.
