Text
(1)Any revenues raised or generated by the district
shall be in addition to and shall not be used to replace any funding the counties in
the district would otherwise be entitled to receive from the state or federal
government.
(2)Any district may seek, accept, and expend gifts, grants, or donations from
private or public sources for the purposes of providing, directly or indirectly, early
childhood development services to children from birth through eight years of age
as defined in section 32-21-101 (3).
