§ 32-19-105 — Service area of district - governmental immunity

Colorado·Title 32 Special·Art. Health Assurance and Health Service Districts
(1)A district shall include all of the territory of one or more municipalities, counties, or other existing taxing entities, as may be proposed. The district shall be a body corporate and politic and a political subdivision of the state.
(2)Each of the directors, officers, and employees of the district shall be a public employee for purposes of the Colorado Governmental Immunity Act, article 10 of title 24, C.R.S.
