§ 32-17-108 — Approval by municipality
If the boundaries of a mental health-care
service district proposed pursuant to this article are wholly contained within the
boundaries of a municipality, the persons proposing the organization of the district
shall comply with the provisions of section 32-1-204.5; except that the service plan
submitted to each governing body shall contain the information required by section
32-17-107 (2). The governing body of each municipality shall have the authority set
forth in section 32-1-204.5 with regard to the review of the service plan.
