Text
As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires:
(1)Board means the board of directors of the metropolitan football stadium
district created in section 32-15-105.
(2)Commission means the football stadium site selection commission
created in section 32-15-128.
(3)Director means a member of the board.
(4)District means the metropolitan football stadium district created in
section 32-15-104.
(5)Franchise means the contractual right granted to any individual, group
of individuals, or entity to own and operate a national football league team in a
specified location.
(5.5) Renovate means a substantial addition to, or to substantially remodel,
redevelop, or otherwise improve, Mile High stadium for use as a stadium, as defined
in this section.
