As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires:
(1)Board means the board of directors of the Denver metropolitan major
league baseball stadium district created by this article.
(2)Commission means the Colorado baseball commission created by this
article.
(3)Commissioner means a member of the commission.
(4)Director means a member of the board.
(5)District means the Denver metropolitan major league baseball stadium
district created by this article.
(6)Major league baseball means the organization which controls the
administrative functions for the ownership and operation of major league baseball
operations in the United States and Canada.
(7)Major league baseball franchise means the contractual right granted by
major league baseball to any individual, gro
