Text
Any land and
other property and privileges acquired and used by or on behalf of any rail district
are hereby declared to be acquired and used for public and governmental purposes
and as a matter of public necessity; however, public utilities may acquire rights-of-way across or along such land in accordance with their powers of eminent domain.
