Text
(1)A public body, for the purpose of
aiding and cooperating in any project authorized in this article, may:
(a)Sell, lease, loan, donate, grant, convey, assign, transfer, and otherwise
dispose to the district any project-related infrastructure, property, or interest
therein;
(b)Make available to the district for temporary use, or otherwise dispose of,
any machinery, equipment, infrastructure, or other property and any agents,
employees, persons with professional training, or other persons to effect the
purposes of this article. Any property owned by and persons in the employ or
service of a public body shall, while performing any authorized service, activity, or
undertaking for the district, have and retain all of the powers, privileges,
immunities, rights, and duties, and be
