§ 32-11-677 — Appeal to district court
Any person who has filed objections to
such new assessment or reassessment, as provided in this article, has the right to
appeal to the district court of this state in and for the county and district in which
the tract assessed is situated, as provided and subject to the limitations in section
32-11-640.
