Text
(1)If any tract is divided after an assessment
thereon has been levied and divided into installments and before the collection of
all the installments, the board may require the county assessor to apportion the
uncollected amounts upon the several parts of land so divided according to the
proportions thereof based upon their valuation for assessment for taxes.
(2)The report of such apportionment, when approved, shall be conclusive on
all the parties, and all assessments thereafter made upon such tracts shall be
according to such subdivision.
