(1)Upon receiving the report
mentioned in section 32-11-633, the engineer shall make an assessment roll and
state a proposed assessment therein upon each tract so reported to him, and by
such proposed assessments he shall defray the whole amount of all charges so
directed to be levied upon each of such tracts respectively. When completed, he
shall report the assessment roll to the board.
(2)When any assessment is reported by the engineer to the board as
directed in this section, the same shall be filed in the office of the secretary and
numbered.
