Text
Interest on any district
securities or on any moneys directly or indirectly advanced by the federal
government or any public body and to be repaid by the district under any contract,
and any prior redemption premiums due in connection with the prepayment of any
such securities, and any other prepayment charges due from the district under any
contract, do not constitute indebtedness under this article, except as otherwise
provided in sections 32-11-564 (1)(a) and 32-11-566 (3).
