Text
The failure of any holder of any
district securities or any coupons pertaining thereto to proceed as provided in this
article or in such proceedings shall not relieve the district, the board, or any of the
officers, agents, and employees of the district of any liability for failure to perform
any duty, obligation, or other commitment.
