Text
No right or remedy conferred
upon any holder of any securities or any coupon pertaining thereto or any trustee
for such holder by this article or by any proceedings pertaining to the issuance of
such securities or coupon is exclusive of any right or remedy, but each such right or
remedy is cumulative and in addition to every other right or remedy and may be
exercised without exhausting and without regard to any other remedy conferred by
this article or by any other law.
