(1)(a) (I) For directors serving a term
of office commencing prior to January 1, 2019, each director shall receive as
compensation for the director's services a sum, not in excess of one thousand two
hundred dollars per annum, which shall be set by the board on a regular or special
meeting basis and which shall not exceed seventy-five dollars per meeting. A
director shall not be compensated for any meeting that the director fails to attend.
(II)For directors serving a term of office commencing on or after January 1,
2019, each director shall receive as compensation for the director's services a sum,
not in excess of the sums set forth in section 32-1-902 (3)(a)(II). A director shall not
be compensated for any meeting that the director fails to attend.
